Last thursday our company distributed an advocating letter to every staff for the event of this year's Ogilvy Day.To my surprise when I took a glance at the letter, a Durex condom came into my sight which was attached at top left corner of the paper.It must be some event about preventing AIDS infection and advocated safe intercourse.We will join the AIDS subject workshop this thursday to stuff more knowledge and raise everyone's self-protection consciousness.

Showing a incredible figure, more than 40,000,000 people on the earth have been infected by this fatal disease which are mainly spreaded through drugs taking,intercourse,childbearing etc.As we know China now is suffering a serious and tough challenge from AIDS infection.The prevalent of low awareness about AIDS and poor hygiene infrastructure construcion are two tasks we should fulfill.

My buddies terror disease is around us ... never indulge yourself and keep away from drugs.

The administrative department sent an email just now to notify stuffs to vote for optional travel routes for this year outing. The routes include Lijiang, Sanya, Cambodia, Korea, Japan, Xiamen,Hawaii,Xinjiang etc, but only four routes will be selected after poll.Honestly speaking Japan is my favourite route which most ppl won't be interested,so it is hard to win in selecition out of 11 travel routes.Another factor affect my decision is too expensive to go to japan for its 6,700 fees which means I have to fill the gap RMB 2,700 for exceeding budget.It's a large sum for me!

My boss told me,"Frank,go to Thailand with us!",anyway it's always a hot place for chinese travellers,they have been there four times! but still zealous,in their words it's confortable to eat and play on the beach... I tried but still can't understand why they are keen to a place which they have been to four times!

However it's not a too bad choice.The locked destination is Pattaya that is famous for shemales.Horrible...

Don't misunderstand the title.I'm never good at cooking but an absolute delicious foods taster.Honestly speaking, it make me feel accomplished when finishing any dish whereas it's hard to gorge! Several weeks ago I've tried my favorite dish－braized chops! I bought half kgs of short ribs and different flavorings(including gingers,scallions,pepper,soy,vinegar etc.).I cleaned up the chops and drop them into boiled water for several minutes until color of  the raws faded out,then put all the flavorings and two glasses of water into the boiler.Waiting......patiently.Ok,last job,turning down fire otherwise your chops would become sear bones!

I'm excited when looking at my delicate dish.Every other times I just sit to wait things ready.Now I finally taste my own work.It feels so good.I am intending to buy a cuisine book and gotta switch my role from 'waiter' to 'chef'! Thus I can taste any favourite dish at will... haha

What a beautiful dream,isn't it ?

Just read a friend's blog that somebody was dead in sleep for overstrain at a golden age of 25! It's horrible and I'm horrified.Although my life and work don't compel me to that condition,the accident is worthy of our thinking.We often strive to work and set goals,but it's meaningless if you fail to survive on the road leading to your career peak.Never say success,you can't even keep your life.It's obviously ironic.Firstly you are an ordinary and natural animal on earth,secondly you are a social member.No matter what your perspective and expections are,you have to obey the rules,your social role is always on the second position.

My dear friends,keep a healthy life.Most of us have formed bad habits which you even don't realize it at this moment.Then for all the people who love you and most importantly for yourself,take care!

Whoops! Although broad network is at last fixed,my poor portable computer bocomes the bottleneck.I have to wait when opening more than two IE windows.For my bad temper I just keep clicking on them and situation becoms even worse.With a moment my desktop runs into great messes.Operation system reinstallment is no use I guess,the spiny intractable problem lies in the machine itself which has a low hardware equipment for its 4years old senility. 

Maybe farewell is not a proper word.He will back to mainland oneday,I hope so.He recruited me into Ogilvy in which I am proud to be a new member two months ago.He impressed me with agreeable and relaxing manner,you know big deal often looks austere and sharp while he's a little different.

General speaking,female dominate client service in ads agency whereas this minority take a top title as Business Director is singular.His respect and careful attitude towards work is worthy of my learning!Detail orientated makes him outstanding among male bosses.

It's last day for him in Ogilvy today.We will hold a farewell party for him.The girls of our team are planning how to make him weep...,they even fix the songs for tonight.we also bought him a Mont blanc pen as souveir.

Wish the nice boss has a better future in Taiwan.

Yearly college entrance exam is undergoing from yesterday.More than 8 million(fabulous number) students will attend this nationwide examination,the most important test to most chinese students which is also a unavoidable torture and purgatory for their parents!

As what I heard in the news this morning,huge crowd of parents lingered outside of schoolyard to waiting for their children who was participating in the test.Some parents were even spontaneously organized to block the way to create a peaceful environment for the examinees. Nearly every disturbance that may influence students had been cleared without doubt! Such as the teachers were not allowed to spray perfume and wearing high-heel shoes.Lots of parents also writing blessing words on the board to pray their children got a high mark! In order to avoid taxi shortage at peak hour,many parents especially in Shanghai have booked commuter taxi to serve their children.It's the most exaggerated deed that some parents demanded to order the taxi with a lucky licence tag(such as "8",but not "6" which means high marks flee away,"0" which means nothing)! How it could be?!What if the exam permission paper with a bad number?then quit exam?It's obviously ridiculous.

Fabulous result depends on your own hard work.Believe it! Nobody can help you except yourself.

Everytime I went to Hangzhou I had new feelings.Actually only three times,hoho.Hangzhou is capital of the most economic developed province which boasts the most private enterprises.Its relaxing and agreeable atmosphere makes me impressive and it's worthy the name of PARADISE!You can easily find luxury sedans in any street or even in lanes.Of course also sparkling charming grils.Hangzhou girls seem more exquisite and tender than Shanghai females(sorry if any offense).KTV,restaurants,apparel stores and recreational sites stuff everywhere of the city,the blinking neon lights spread to corners.It's such a incredible place full of affinity and vigor.

Tomorrow we are going to Hangzhou to join the FGD.Client plans to return after the discussions ending up.But you know it must be very tired if having a come-and-go journey within one day.Baoxin(my buddy) happend to work at Hangzhou and I'll call on him as a return visit after he came to Shanghai in golden week.I'm forcing him to treat me! Haha.

Anyhow,Hangzhou is a dream place with bunches of scenic spots and elegant tea houses while actually it's not a large city with huge population and numerous high buildings as Shanghai.The girls there are also with great charm.Baoxin was said to have a blind date with a local girl.Wish him good luck.It must be a beauty.huh!

I have to wake up early tomorrow morning.We are expected gathering at Bright before 8:30,my god...... It's my usual time of hitting the deck!!

I can't sleep well this week.I don't know why.Nearly every morning I woke up spontaneously around 5 o'clock and become frail to sleep,so feel a little muzzy and sleepy in daytime.We were arranged two meetings today with clients to discuss the Fresh and UHT issues.They don't sell well in sleep milk and how to solve the problem is our main task.The reason mainly lies in two aspects,one is higher expection of consumers,the other is high price.After all,sleep milk(Shu shui nai) is not a medicine,its natural ingredients can't make consumers to sleep at once after drink it.So disappointed mood is aroused among customers.If a product can't meet their expetions,the customers will surely not repurchase the product,futher more its price higher than the common dairy products.

I joined two goups of focus group discussion yesterday,accurately speaking,as an observer.It's quite interesting to view their discussion behind the one-side mirror(I can see them through it but they just see it as ordinary mirror).

Some of the girls seem quite funny and keep making up in front of the magic mirror.They totally have no idea of the eyes behind it.We also dare not make noise in another room in case they hear!

It's an effective methodology to reasearch comsumers behavior and purchasing habits during this marketing execution.We can directly get their insights about our products and some original views.

Anybody who is involved in marketing career must be familiar with this marketing research.

After moved to Gongfu for 8 months,I'm finally informed by China telecom that broadband equipment is available.In the metropolitan Shanghai how could this happen? It's true that Gongfu is quite far from the prosperous downtown area,but still improper to tell their clients they can't fix broad network for its poor infrastructure,such as tele exchange centre hasn't vacancy line left,the equipment is on the blink or too far to reach Gongfu etc.

Broadband is a must in my life.I really can't bear the fucking dialing way to sufing.Horrible experience anyway.Hope the fixing worker come soon.

2.Buy a table (I still can't have dinner at TABLE in my own house since moving to Gongfu Xincun,so poor!)

3.Play badminton (Become a muscle man! Anyway it's such an interesting game.)

4.Hang out with Momo if they are willing to sing (Haven't been to KTV for a loooong time!)

Once I was a zealous boy for sports including football, pingpang, badminton, skating.I enjoy the feeling very much and totally immersed.I even dream of becoming a professional pingpang player.huh! It makes me refreshed and excitement after burning fat.Of course I'm not aiming at lose weight but only attracted by its fascination.However nobody believes I love sports after seeing my pic.I'm not in good shape I have to adimit,hehe. 

Life is like a game and a kind of sports also.This sport will cost your life-span to finish,to compete.your rival is nobody but yourself.Never take loose and free attitude towards your life.Remember that you are on the battle arena for every minute!

Since come to the new company,I seem to have more spare time.no work pressure just surfing on internet,chatting with my friends.It's such a cozy life.I am clear that this feel is just a temporary happiness.Heavy workload is standing there waiting for me to embrace it.

Experience in Ogilvy must be unforgettable and memorable.I look forward to the busy days in the future.It's a great chanllenge to me as well as a good opportunity.
